This page explains what information EduSoulX (“we”, “us”) collects on educationaltab.com and mysoulx.com, and how we use it.

Information we collect

• Enquiry form: your name, phone number, who you are (school, parent, student or company), what you are interested in, your school or institute name, your city and your message.
• Phone and WhatsApp: the details you share with us when you call or message us.
• Orders: your name, phone number, delivery address and order details, when you place an order.
• Technical details: basic details that every website server records, such as IP address, browser type and time of visit. We use the IP address to stop spam in the enquiry form.

Payments

Online payments are handled by a payment gateway. We do not see or store your card number, card PIN, UPI PIN or net banking password. From the gateway we receive only your name, the amount, the payment status and the transaction number.

How we use your information

• To reply to your enquiry and to arrange a demo.
• To prepare a quote, process your order and deliver it.
• To give service and support after the sale.
• To keep the records that the law asks us to keep.

Sharing

We do not sell your information. We share it only when it is needed:

• with the payment gateway and banks, to complete a payment;
• with a delivery or transport partner, to deliver your order;
• when the law or a government authority requires it.

Cookies and other tools

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. The chat helper remembers in your browser that you opened it, only for that visit. The website loads its fonts from Google Fonts. If you tap WhatsApp, Google Play, Facebook or Instagram, you go to those services and their own privacy policies apply.

Students and children

This website is for schools, coaching classes, parents and companies. Student logins for Munja AI and VidyaUpasna LMS are created by the school or by the parent. Students below 18 years should send an enquiry only with a parent or teacher.

Keeping your information safe

Enquiry details are kept on our hosting server and in our email. Only our team can see them. We keep them only as long as they are needed for the purposes above or as the law requires.
