Where we deliver

We deliver EduSoulX tablets to schools, coaching classes, trusts and parents across India.

Delivery time

We deliver the tablet within 7 working days after your order is confirmed. An order is confirmed when we receive your payment and confirm the order to you.

For school and bulk orders, the delivery date is written in your quote.

How we deliver

• Tablets are delivered to the school, the institute or the address you give us.
• Delivery is done by our own team or by a courier or transport partner.
• For school orders, the tablets come ready to use, with student and teacher logins.

Delivery charges

Delivery charges, if any, are shown in your quote or invoice before you pay.

Munja AI and VidyaUpasna LMS

Munja AI and VidyaUpasna LMS are software, so nothing is shipped. After your payment is confirmed, we activate the logins and share them with you on phone or WhatsApp.

When you receive the tablet

Please check the tablet when you receive it. If it is damaged or not what you ordered, tell us as soon as you receive it.

Delays

If there is a delay, we will tell you by phone or WhatsApp. If we are not able to deliver your order, we return the full amount you paid. See the Refund and Cancellation Policy.
